We are looking for a reliable and organized Front Desk Personnel to support our administrative and customer care department to help ensure our patients get the best healthcare experience. Must be flexible to work in other branches
Call Centre experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming patients and assisting them.
• Check patients in and out.
• Handling calls and appointments management.
•Process payment & issue receipts
•Insurance processing
Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Public Relations or related field
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
