The front desk executive provides professional front office and administrative support, serving as a key point of contact for visitors, staff, and executive leadership. This role contributes to the smooth operation of the office through coordination, communication, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Manage front desk operations and visitor engagement
•⁠  ⁠Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and scheduling
•⁠  ⁠Maintain a professional and organized reception environment
•⁠  ⁠Provide administrative and logistical support to Executive Directors, including coordination of refreshments
•⁠  ⁠Support daily front office and executive operations as required

Requirements

Minimum Qualification

•⁠ Degree.

• ⁠Manage front desk operations and visitor engagement.

•⁠ Proficiency in Computer Literacy.

•⁠ Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

•⁠ Ability to manage front desk tasks efficiently.

•⁠ Strong administrative and organizational skills.

•⁠ Ability to demonstrate integrity and confidentiality
