The front desk executive provides professional front office and administrative support, serving as a key point of contact for visitors, staff, and executive leadership. This role contributes to the smooth operation of the office through coordination, communication, and executive support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage front desk operations and visitor engagement
• Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and scheduling
• Maintain a professional and organized reception environment
• Provide administrative and logistical support to Executive Directors, including coordination of refreshments
• Support daily front office and executive operations as required
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
• Degree.
• Manage front desk operations and visitor engagement.
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage front desk tasks efficiently.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and confidentiality
