Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all food and beverage operations to ensure excellent service quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant, bar, and room service operations
  • Supervise and train food and beverage staff
  • Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and safety
  • Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost control
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues
  • Coordinate with kitchen and hotel management teams
