Job Description
Scope of work:
The finance manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the school, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining transparency in resource allocation.

1. Financial Planning and budgeting
2. Accounting and reporting
3. Cashflow and treasury management
4. Statutory and regulatory compliance
5. Payroll and staff benefits
6. Strategic support
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
2. Professional certification (ICAG, ACCA, or other equivalent)
3. Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management, preferably in the educational sector.
4. Strong knowledge of statutory compliance in Ghana (taxes, pensions)
5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
6. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
7. Integrity, transparency, and ability to work collaboratively with educators and trustees
