📍Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a reputable manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, treasury management, statutory compliance, internal controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

📍Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall finance and accounting operations of the organization.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger functions.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and risk management procedures.
• Perform cost accounting and profitability analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor inventory valuation, production costs, and variance analysis.
• Partner with operations and production teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Prepare and submit all statutory tax filings and regulatory reports.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.


📍Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ICAG, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a Finance Manager role.
• Proven experience within the manufacturing industry is required.
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP is mandatory.
