Job Description

An FMCG manufacturing facility in the Greater Accra Region is seeking a results-driven and experienced Factory Manager #FactoryManager to lead its operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory, ensuring optimal productivity, efficiency, safety, and quality standards across all departments.

This role requires a proactive leader with a solid background in FMCG manufacturing and a strong understanding of production systems, supply chain coordination, and team management.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
