Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management (or a related discipline).

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facility management.

Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and vendor management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Manage maintenance schedules and service providers.

Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.

Ensure cost-effective management of resources and budgets.
