Job Summary
The Facilities and Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for supporting the effective maintenance, repair, and overall management of company facilities and infrastructure. The role requires a technically skilled individual with practical experience in facility maintenance and a working background in civil engineering or related technical disciplines to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of company assets.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor the condition of buildings, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance or structural improvement needs.
Coordinate repairs involving civil works, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely execution of works.
Assist in supervising renovation, construction, and facility improvement projects.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
Support budget monitoring and cost control for maintenance activities.
Respond promptly to facility-related breakdowns or emergencies.
Perform any other duties assigned in line with the role.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

Technical qualification Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum of [3–5] years relevant experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or infrastructure management.
Practical knowledge of civil works, building maintenance, and technical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance plans is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and maintenance reporting systems.
