About EduSpots

EduSpots is an innovative and community-driven charity registered in both the UK and Ghana. The organization connects, trains, and equips grassroots voluntary educators—known as Catalysts—to lead community-driven educational change through locally established learning spaces called Spots.

Since 2016, EduSpots has collaborated with over 400 community educators to support 50 communities in establishing and running community-owned education hubs. These spaces provide learning opportunities for over 10,000 learners annually, typically aged 3–16, through initiatives such as:

  • EduKidz – Early years education
  • DigLit – Digital literacy
  • EcoSTEM – STEM and environmental education
  • Ignite Equity – Gender equity programmes

EduSpots continues to grow rapidly, expanding its network and impact across Ghana while exploring opportunities to scale its community-led education model globally.
