Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketer to join our team in Accra in an hybrid (on-site/remote) capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role involves managing online channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across web, social media, email, and search platforms.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and online brand reputation.
Create, curate, and optimize digital content for campaigns and platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Optimize SEO/SEM efforts to improve website traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with design, sales, and technical teams to support product and brand marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in Digital Marketing or related roles.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.
Excellent communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with technology-driven businesses or the ICT sector is a plus.
