Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or key account management.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Telecom industry experience is a strong advantage.
