Job Summary

The Client Care Lead will be responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing client engagement channels, and supporting marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client databases and manage lead information.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on products and services.
  • Record and document all customer interactions within the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Oversee social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and content creation.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct basic market research and analyze customer data.
  • Promote company services and follow up with clients to ensure registration and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company communication procedures and policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or marketing is required.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in social media management and client engagement.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle pressure, manage customer expectations, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Customer-focused, professional, and personable approach.

Additional Requirements

  • Applicants must reside within or near La, Accra.
  • Working Hours:
    • Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    • Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
