As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Care Lead to strengthen our customer engagement and marketing efforts.
Position Summary
The Client Care Lead will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM records accurately
- Record and document all customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance
- Follow up with prospective clients to complete registration processes
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery
Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while managing expectations
- Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and hospitable manner
Marketing & Communications
- Oversee social media platforms and support advertising campaigns
- Assist in content creation and development of marketing materials
- Support the implementation of marketing strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements
- Conduct basic market research where necessary
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (with evidence of practical experience)
- Prior experience in customer service or client relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of social media communication platforms
- Must reside within reasonable proximity to the La Office

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
