Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in road construction to oversee planning, design, and execution of road infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise road construction projects
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Monitor quality control and ensure project specifications are met

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of a BSc in Civil Engineering
• At least 20 years of practical experience, with a focus on road construction
• Proven track record in managing large-scale road projects
• Membership with a recognized professional engineering body is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project management and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of road construction techniques and materials
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
