Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, lead proposal development, and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate must be commercially astute, persuasive, and highly skilled in proposal writing and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Lead and coordinate high-quality proposal writing and RFP responses (essential)
  • Develop and execute business development strategies
  • Build and manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Lead client presentations, pitches, and negotiations
  • Conduct market research and support strategic positioning
  • Track and manage business pipeline and revenue targets

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, PR, or related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in business development, preferably in communications, marketing, or consulting
  • Proven track record in proposal writing and winning new business
