Industry: High End Fashion
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or HND.
Professional Qualification: Relevant certifications/qualification by locally and internationally recognized regulatory body would be an added advantage.
Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the company’s strategy in the Country: develop and maximize the Group’s brand portfolio in collaboration with the Divisions communicate mission and energize employees towards common goals.
- Building an efficient and professional organization, ensuring the quality of the teams and the development of local talents, especially in terms of support services to the divisions.
- Federate and manage individual members of the Management Committee to achieve targeted results in terms of sales growth, market shares, profitability, cash flow and employee development; arbitrate the allocation of resources and coordinate divisional strategies to ensure overall country performance.
- Developing high quality business strategies and plans, as well as ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Expanding company’s retail and B2B presence across department stores, luxury boutiques, and corporate clients.
- Securing strategic partnerships in Africa, Europe, and the USA to enhance brand visibility.
- Driving growth and accountability for overall performance and results.
- Leading fundraising efforts and investor relations for the company’s international expansion.
- Overseeing market entry and operations in various global regions.
- Building internal and external image and reputation in the country it operates and representing the company at high-profile networking events and investor forums.
- Building trust and relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
- Developing and executing strategic plans for market expansion and customer acquisition.
- Reviewing financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements, analyze problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions that ensure company survival and growth.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company, outstanding organizational and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and public speaking skills.
