Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Executive with a strong marketing background to drive growth within the construction and design sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, developers, and consultants within the built environment.
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the construction and design industry.
  • Pitching & Proposals: Craft winning bids and presentations that highlight our unique design and construction strengths.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging projects in the sector.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a robust pipeline and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of an HND in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in Marketing or Business Development.
  • Sector Expertise: Previous experience specifically within the built environment, construction, or design sectors is essential.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to “talk shop” with architects, engineers, and developers.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
