Job Description

Our client, a fast-moving consumer goods company based in Sunyani,
Bono Region, is seeking the services of a dynamic Brand
professional to drive growth across its diverse product portfolio. Position is
available in Sunyani.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop long-term brand strategies, refine brand
    positioning, and analyze markets to align cereal brands with growth opportunities.
  2. Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Execute 360° marketing campaigns,
    ensuring brand consistency, while collaborating with agencies for impactful
    brand communication.
  3. Product Innovation & Development: Collaborate with R&D to guide product
    launches and packaging, ensuring innovations align with consumer trends and
    brand promise.
  4. Digital & Social Media Brand Presence: Manage digital presence,
    collaborate on engaging content, and monitor brand health and feedback
    across online platforms.
  5. Consumer Engagement & Loyalty: Design engagement programs and
    champion initiatives to improve customer experience and strengthen lasting
    brand relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  2. 2+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or food
    manufacturing sector.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
  4. Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and the
    competitive landscape.
  5. Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  6. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  7. Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and brand health
    tracking.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
