Our client, a fast-moving consumer goods company based in Sunyani,
Bono Region, is seeking the services of a dynamic Brand
professional to drive growth across its diverse product portfolio. Position is
available in Sunyani.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop long-term brand strategies, refine brand
positioning, and analyze markets to align cereal brands with growth opportunities. - Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Execute 360° marketing campaigns,
ensuring brand consistency, while collaborating with agencies for impactful
brand communication. - Product Innovation & Development: Collaborate with R&D to guide product
launches and packaging, ensuring innovations align with consumer trends and
brand promise. - Digital & Social Media Brand Presence: Manage digital presence,
collaborate on engaging content, and monitor brand health and feedback
across online platforms. - Consumer Engagement & Loyalty: Design engagement programs and
champion initiatives to improve customer experience and strengthen lasting
brand relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or food
manufacturing sector. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and the
competitive landscape. - Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and brand health
tracking. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
