Your Responsibilities

You will shape and elevate the visual identity of fairafric and Amanase by creating compelling designs and packaging that reflect the brand’s bold, purpose-driven vision, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints while inspiring global audiences.

Shape the Brand Identity of fairafric

  • Conceptualise and design new packaging, marketing material and brand activations that reflect our bold, future-driven identity.
  • Develop and refine design systems and brand assets to strengthen our global brand presence.
  • Ensure brand consistency and maintain high design quality across all touchpoints, including packaging, campaigns, and digital communications.
  • Collaborate with global teams and work closely with marketing and design teams in Ghana and Germany to execute projects effectively and ensure alignment across all brand initiatives.
  • Deliver visually compelling creative storytelling that translates strategic marketing goals into impactful, engaging design.

Educational Background

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic, brand or product design.

Creative Excellence

In-house or agency experience in Graphic design, branding or packaging, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work

Work Experience

Minimum years of experience: 3 – 5 years with either an in-house team or an Agency.
