Job Description

Grade: Level 16 Step 1 (Base Grade)

Job Purpose

To support data collection, policy planning, monitoring, evaluation, and curriculum implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing monitoring and evaluation tools.
  • Analyze educational data and prepare reports.
  • Collect and interpret research findings and policy information.
  • Support strategic planning and research initiatives.
  • Contribute to monitoring curriculum implementation and educational programmes.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
  • Must have completed National Service.
  • Must pass a competitive selection process conducted by the Governing Board in consultation with the Public Services Commission.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, monitoring, and evaluation skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
