Job Description
Grade: Level 16 Step 1 (Base Grade)
Job Purpose
To support data collection, policy planning, monitoring, evaluation, and curriculum implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing monitoring and evaluation tools.
- Analyze educational data and prepare reports.
- Collect and interpret research findings and policy information.
- Support strategic planning and research initiatives.
- Contribute to monitoring curriculum implementation and educational programmes.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
- Must have completed National Service.
- Must pass a competitive selection process conducted by the Governing Board in consultation with the Public Services Commission.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, monitoring, and evaluation skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
