Assistant Production Manager
Job Description
We are recruiting an Assistant Production Manager to support the production team in ensuring efficient production processes, quality standards, and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Production Manager in daily operations.
- Monitor workflow and ensure production targets are met.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory planning and resource allocation.
- Oversee maintenance and servicing of production equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
