Job Description
Grade: Level 16 Step 1 (Base Grade)
Job Purpose
To support the execution of human resource strategies, staff welfare administration, and personnel management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training processes.
- Assist with performance management, leave administration, and staff welfare activities.
- Maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations initiatives.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
- Must have completed National Service.
- Must pass a competitive selection process conducted by the Governing Board in consultation with the Public Services Commission.
Core Skills and Competencies
- Good knowledge of public service human resource policies and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
High integrity and confidentiality.
