Job Description

Key Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
✅ Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Laws and HR best practices.
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
✅ Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR compliance.
