Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide site-level HR leadership by aligning people strategies with operational needs. The role will partner with line managers to implement HR systems, drive employee engagement, and ensure workforce compliance across the Bogoso operation. This position plays a critical role in embedding HR processes that enable safe, productive, and values-driven mining operations.
The HR Business Partner will serve as the primary HR liaison for individual client accounts, ensuring the delivery of tailored HR strategies and services that align with client business goals. The HR Business Partner will also collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize talent management, resolve employee relations issues, and drive operational improvements.

โข Bachelorโs degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
โข 8+ yearsโ HR experience, with at least 3 years in mining or a supervisory role
โข Strong understanding of labour law and HR compliance
โข Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
โข Experience with HR systems and reporting tools
