try asking,
“๐๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ค๐ข๐ฏ ๐ ๐ด๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ต ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐จ๐ฆ๐ต ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฆ ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐น๐ต ๐ต๐ช๐ฎ๐ฆ?”
This simple shift:
1. Reduces defensiveness
2. Opens real dialogue
3. Builds psychological safety
4. Leads to honest problem-solving
