Reporting to: Director of Operations, Project Manager
● Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers to ensure civil design quality aligns with operational objectives.
● Ensure all construction work adheres to internal SOPs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
● Manage cross-functional requests related to infrastructure maintenance and site support.
● Conduct site inspections, field verifications, and measurements to ensure on-site accuracy.
● Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
● Review and evaluate engineering documents and drawings; facilitate interdepartmental coordination, presentations, and technical workshops.
● Supervise construction activities executed by PT Nirmala (Bayan Group subsidiary), ensuring adherence to plans and regulations.
● Lead safety compliance across project activities, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
● Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on progress and project-related decisions.
