I contributed immensely by actively negotiating price with vendors for costefficiency and price reasonability. By analyzing procurement data and negotiating more favorable terms, I achieved huge cost savings which were reinvested as cost share into the various projects to maintain our market competitiveness and give value for money to the donor. I also built and maintained relationships with suppliers where their feedback and concerns were highly regarded and prioritized to resolve issues in a timely manner.
