5 Star Packaging, a growing company in the sourcing, processing, packaging, and distribution of premium West African food products, is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead its remote and on-site HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour laws and HR best practices
- Oversee training and staff development initiatives
- Manage office administration, facilities, and support services
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate vendors and logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HR/Admin, with managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
- Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/agribusiness is an advantage
- Professional certification (CIHRM/CIPD/SHRM) is a plus
Salary
11,000-13,000 net
