Location: Tema, Ghana

Job Summary
The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the company’s financial operations in line with regulatory and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to improve financial performance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ICA, CIMA) is required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
