Job Summary

MD Construction Ghana is seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer with strong project management capabilities and an added flair for marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects while supporting the company’s branding and digital presence through engaging content and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Project Management

  • Plan, design, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion
  • Prepare technical drawings, reports, and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall progress
  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Develop and manage content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials
  • Capture and document project progress through photos, videos, and site updates
  • Create engaging posts, articles, and promotional content
  • Support branding and digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with management to enhance company visibility and client engagement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5–10 years’ relevant experience in construction and project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative skills in content creation (photography, videography, graphic design, or writing) are an advantage
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification or membership with a recognized engineering body
  • Experience managing company social media accounts or brand communications
