Serving as the direct link to the people, providing hands-on support and fostering local trust.
Field Support: Assist the Project Officer in setting up community events, health screenings, and distribution centers across various work locations.
Peer Education: Communicate key health and safety messages to community members in a culturally sensitive and easy-to-understand manner.
Data Collection: Assist in conducting surveys and gathering feedback from local residents to help the organization understand evolving community needs.
Mobilization: Actively engage and invite community members to participate in organization-led initiatives and training sessions.
Advocacy: Represent the organization’s values on the ground, promoting a spirit of resilience and mutual support among neighbors
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
