Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, UK Time zone
Work Type: Part-Time
Remuneration: $200 for start (Increase to $500-$1000 )
Task: Daily Mini Tasks
Work Language: Fluent English Speaker
Eligibility: Must be an African in Africa

Job Summary:
Own both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and functionality across applications while contributing confidently to technical discussions and interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, end-to-end web applications across both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Manage and optimize databases, APIs, and user interfaces to ensure smooth and reliable performance.
  • Actively participate in client-facing and internal technical interviews, representing the team with confidence.
  • Communicate technical concepts, progress, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, complete solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or PHP).
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills, especially in interviews and discussions.
  • Confidence in handling multiple interviews (client-facing and internal).
  • Availability to work within the UK Time zone.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud-based deployments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and proactive mindset.
