Rabito Clinic is seeking a Head of Operations to drive efficiency, quality, and patient-centred service delivery across our clinic network.
*Job Purpose*
The Head of Operations will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all operational activities across our clinics, ensuring optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care. This role is critical in driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency and performance across all branches
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies
• Lead and strengthen quality assurance programmes and adherence to SOPs
• Partner with department heads to optimize workflows, staffing, and resource allocation
• Implement and monitor patient feedback systems to enhance service delivery
• Drive staff training, safety, and operational effectiveness initiatives
• Oversee branch openings, relocations, and expansion projects
• Prepare and present KPI reports with clear, actionable insights
• Lead investigations into operational incidents and implement corrective measures
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, tracking, maintenance, and fuel management
• Coordinate the preparation of Board reports in collaboration with the Executive Assistant to the CEO
• Champion sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and improve environmental impact
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
*Qualifications & Experience*
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in healthcare operations or a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and compliance standards
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication capabilities
• Solid understanding of customer service and patient experience best practices
