About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Partner to support sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination activities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of goods and services, aligned with project requirements and organizational standards.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Review and analyze departmental requisitions, determining appropriate sourcing strategies (local and international).
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation through to completion.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms, reporting any non-conformances.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality service delivery.
- Maintain and update the supplier database in line with company standards.
Order & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate order acknowledgements and maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Track orders and provide regular updates on delivery status, shortages, and backlogs.
- Coordinate logistics and identify cost-effective delivery methods.
- Facilitate inspection, testing, and handover of procured items to relevant stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Liaise with internal customers to resolve discrepancies and clarify procurement requirements.
- Support procurement initiatives and provide analytical reports to aid decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and internal procedures.
Compliance & Safety (OHSE)
- Adhere to all Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) policies and procedures.
- Identify and report hazards and participate in risk assessments.
- Ensure safe use of tools and equipment in line with company standards.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support supplier audits and document findings, including non-conformances.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic numerical and analytical capability.
