Job Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
The Design & Technology Institute (DTI) is looking for a Product Realisation Facilitator to join our Academics department. This role is pivotal in coordinating the journey from initial concept to a fully manufacturable product, ensuring excellence at every stage of production.


𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
● Process Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end product realization process and development, from design validation through to production scale-up.

● Quality & Standards: Liaise with manufacturing teams to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and monitor product quality throughout production.

● Operational Support: Support the resolution of manufacturing challenges and collaborate with various teams to facilitate successful product launches.

● Documentation: Maintain highly accurate production and process documentation.


𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
● Education: A Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.

● Experience: Approximately 5 years of experience in tertiary or TVET education is required.

● Expertise: A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, product testing, and safety standards.

● Certifications: Professional certifications in manufacturing, project management, or quality control are considered a distinct advantage.
