Overview: 

The Digital Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing engaging, high-quality digital content that strengthens brand presence and drives audience engagement across key platforms. This role combines creativity with data-driven insights to produce compelling visual and written content that converts followers into customers. The Digital Content Creator plays a key role in shaping the brand’s 

voice, managing online communities, and optimising content performance in a fast-paced digital environment. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

● Develop and produce high-quality digital content, including videos, graphics, and multimedia assets for platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. 

● Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand objectives. 

● Create engaging, SEO-optimised captions and copy that align with the company’s tone of voice and enhance audience reach and engagement. 

● Monitor and manage social media channels by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and fostering an active and positive online community. 

● Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement rates, reach, and conversions, and provide regular reports with actionable insights. 

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and business goals. 

● Identify emerging trends and opportunities to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive within the digital landscape. 

● Ensure all content produced maintains high visual and brand standards across all platforms

Required Skills & Competencies: 

● Strong creative and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for visual composition, lighting, and design. 

● Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., video editing, graphic design software).

● Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms. 

● Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS). 

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting abilities.

● Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. 

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise content performance.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience: 

● Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

● Previous experience in digital content creation, social media management, or a similar role.

● Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign optimisation.

● Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimisation strategies.

● Proven ability to grow and engage online communities through strategic content.

● Proactive, creative, and adaptable with a strong attention to detail.
