About the Company

Accra Auction Cars is a leading automotive solutions provider specializing in vehicle auctions, importation, and repair services. The company connects customers to quality vehicles from the USA, China, and Japan, offering end-to-end services from acquisition and shipping to maintenance.

As part of its innovation drive, Accra Auction Cars is developing Yoomoto, a next-generation automotive marketplace tailored for the African market.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Project Manager to lead the development and day-to-day execution of the Yoomoto platform.

This role requires strong ownership, speed, and accountability, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the Yoomoto project, managing tasks from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and internal stakeholders to drive progress.
  • Break down strategic ideas into clear, actionable tasks and timelines.
  • Monitor daily progress, enforce deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Identify and resolve project bottlenecks quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain task boards, feature tracking systems, and bug reports.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across all teams.
  • Prepare and submit structured daily progress reports.

Performance Expectations

  • Drive continuous progress with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure task completion.
  • Keep systems, workflows, and reporting structures organized and transparent.
  • Ensure steady momentum and forward movement of the project at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Operations.
  • Strong experience working with developers and technical teams (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
