Job Description
About The Impact Valuation Hub
The Impact Valuation Hub is a collaborative initiative hosted by Social Value International that helps impact investors implement practical impact valuation methodologies. We work with leading investors, knowledge partners, and the broader impact management ecosystem to bridge the gap between theory and investment decision-making.
We’re a small, ambitious team managing a growing global network. We coordinate working groups, deliver training programs, and create resources that help investors make better impact decisions.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive person to support program coordination, communications, and member engagement. This is a remote position (approx 20 hours per week) with flexibility around your timezone, though majority overlap with European hours is helpful for coordination.
This is a fully remote, flexible role – you’ll work independently to deliver agreed outputs in close coordination with the IV Hub Project Manager. This role offers genuine exposure to impact investing networks and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing initiative.
The initial term is 6 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to a longer-term arrangement for the right person, subject to performance and organisational need.
Scope of Work
You’ll be responsible for delivering outputs across the following areas:

● Support training program logistics including registration coordination, participant communications, and materials preparation for our two-day workshops
● Support the development and update of the IV Hub content calendar
● Draft and coordinate our monthly newsletter
● Post and schedule content on LinkedIn and support community engagement
● Proofread and format technical content including FAQs, case studies, and playbook materials
● Handle video editing (Canva) and YouTube uploads
Website & Analytics
● Maintain the IV Hub website – edit pages, upload new content, support broader development tasks
● Compile analytics across website and social channels and identify insights and recommendations for improvement
Research & Development
● Research and identify potential partners, members, and funding opportunities
● Support outreach efforts to engage new members and partners

● Research skills and ability to identify relevant opportunities in the impact ecosystem Helpful but not required
● Background in sustainability, impact investing, economics, or related fields
● Experience with website management
● Experience with project coordination or event management
