Why the Role Exists
To recruit (identify, source, engage, screen, place and onboard) the right candidates within set timelines. And to build an active and sustainable talent pool to support future hiring needs.

This work is in a fast-paced, high demand work environment with critical thinking and problem-solving as a constant.

Deliverables
1. Recruit (identify, source, engage, screen, place and onboard) qualified candidates in line with set timelines and SLA.
2. Build a 5000 pre-qualified active talent pool within 6 months across key roles.
3. Coordinate and conduct screening and shortlisting of candidates in compliance with internal and external requirements.
4. Manage the successful transition from recruitment to onboarding of shortlisted candidates.
5. Ensure precise and current records of candidate engagements and placement status. Regularly prepare and present reports.
