Role: Transport and Logistics Manager

We are headhunting a Transport & Logistics Manager for a manufacturing powerhouse in Ghana. This is a high-stakes leadership position steering what is essentially a “business-within-a-business.

The Scale of the Challenge:
200+ Internal Assets: Oversight of 100+ Sales & Distribution vehicles plus a 100-unit Corporate fleet.
Hybrid Operations: Balancing internal fleet excellence with high-volume 3PL (third-party) haulage for raw materials.
Strategic Leadership: You will manage this department as a P&L center, driving fuel efficiency, 95%+ uptime, and advanced route optimization.


Are you the one?
Experience: 10+ years in senior Logistics/Fleet Management (FMCG or Manufacturing preferred).
Scale: Proven track record managing fleets of 150+ assets.
Credentials: CILT certified with deep knowledge of Ghanaian road regulations (DVLA/NRSA) and ERP systems.
