📍Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.


📍Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.

Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.

Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff documentation.

Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

📍Requirements:

Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar HR role.

Must reside within Spintex or nearby areas.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
