Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and Client focused Client Experience Officer to manage client interactions, enhance service delivery, and ensure a consistently positive experience across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about Client satisfaction, communication, Client retention and relationship
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints
- promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client feedback and work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery.
- Ensure client issues are escalated and resolved within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports on client satisfaction and service performance.
- Uphold company service standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experiençe in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills ..
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
