Job Description

Main Duties

  • Establish and manage projects and partnerships with cooperatives, provide farmer training, digitalisation and operational support.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across agribusinesses, development partners, and cooperatives.
  • Support sales and offtake of agricultural commodities.
  • Maintain CRM records, track performance and provide market feedback to inform strategy.
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.



Qualification/Requirements

Full professional fluency in English and French.

Minimum of two (2) years in project management and/or agricultural commodity sales, preferably in supply chains or emerging markets.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.

Familiarity with agricultural value chains, farmer cooperatives, and digital transformation trends in Africa.

Experience managing projects, partnerships, or programs in the agricultural sector.

Experience with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and remote collaboration tools; quick to learn and explain digital platforms is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and manage long sales cycles.

Experience in SaaS sales is a plus.
