Our client, a leading manufacturing company in the Manufacturing Sector, is seeking proactive and experienced individuals to join their team as Health & Safety Officers.

ROLE: Health & Safety Officer
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing Sector

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Applicants must also possess a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA/NEBOSH) or a related qualification.
Applicants must have at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Applicants must plan and organize effective safety systems in the factory.
Applicants must monitor health, safety, and sanitation situations, ensuring workers comply with PPE usage.
Applicants must ensure First Aid Boxes are fully stocked.
Applicants must organize toolbox talks and training in conjunction with HR/Administrative Manager and Safety Committee.
Applicants must investigate and write reports on accidents and incidents.
Applicants must prepare monthly safety and sanitation reports.
Applicants must supervise the general cleaning team to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Applicants must advise management on safety-related matters and coordinate induction/orientation for new employees.
Applicants must be willing to perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
