Job Description
A growing multi-location service business in Accra is looking for an experienced People & Culture Lead to establish and manage the Human Resources function across multiple locations.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building systems, shaping workplace culture, and working closely with both leadership and frontline teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and structure the HR function across multiple locations
• Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour laws, statutory obligations, and HR best practices
• Support staff training, engagement, and culture initiatives
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years HR experience
• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Experience working in service, hospitality, retail, or multi-location environments is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour regulations and HR compliance
• Highly organized with strong communication and people-management skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools and HR systems
