We are currently looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring innovative ideas to life.

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs that support branding, marketing, and communication goals.

The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality creative assets for digital and print platforms. You should have strong design thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is an on-site role based at our office located at; applicants must reside around the following areas:

  • Weija
  • Tetegu
  • Mallam Junction
  • Tuba
  • Brigade
  • Amanfrom
  • Kasoa and surrounding communities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and advertisements
  • Develop branding materials including logos, brochures, banners, and marketing collateral
  • Create visually engaging flyers, posters, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Design website visuals, UI elements, and digital marketing assets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create cohesive brand experiences
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual materials
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work
  • Proficiency in design tools such as:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Canva
  • Other relevant design software
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and branding
  • Ability to take creative direction and feedback
  • Excellent attention to detail

Bonus Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Motion graphics or animation
  • Video editing
  • UI/UX design
  • Experience designing for websites or digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of WordPress or web design tools
