  • Leverage diverse recruitment channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, campus partnerships, community networks, and specialist BPO talent pools.
  • Respond swiftly and efficiently to ramp-up and ramp-down requests from operations, ensuring recruitment timelines align with client go-live dates and headcount fluctuations.
  • Collaborate closely with Workforce Management and Operations teams to forecast hiring volumes and plan recruitment campaigns accordingly.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management.
  • Analyse recruitment and HR data to identify trends, measure performance against KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, attrition trends), and make data-led recommendations.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise recruitment reports and dashboards to HR leadership and operations management on a regular basis.
  • Use data insights to continuously refine sourcing strategies, improve pipeline quality, and reduce time-to-hire.
