Are you a highly organized, proactive sales professional with experience working with modern trade and retail outlets? We are looking for a results-driven Organized Retail Sales Agent to join our growing team and help strengthen our presence in supermarkets, pharmacies, and organized retail chains.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow sales within organized retail outlets and modern trade channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and retail partners.
• Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and shelf visibility across assigned outlets.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment and restocking.
• Track and report sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Execute in-store promotions and product activations to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with company pricing, display, and brand standards.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in retail sales, FMCG sales, or modern trade sales.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Good understanding of retail merchandising and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
