Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a Corporate Travel Consultant. The Corporate Travel Consultant will manage day-to-day responsibilities such as coordinating travel arrangements, booking reservations, advising on travel policies, and assisting with travel management for corporate clients. The role will focus on providing excellent customer service and creating seamless travel experiences for business clients, ensuring compliance with company and client travel policies.

Qualifications:

✔ Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements

✔ GDS Amadeus experience is a must

✔ Experience with making reservations and using related booking systems

✔ Strong customer service and client engagement skills

✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to solve travel-related challenges efficiently

✔ Familiarity with corporate travel policies and industry practices

✔ Strong organizational and communication skills

✔ Proficiency in travel software or platforms is an added advantage

✔ Degree or diploma in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
