Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Machinery Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the agricultural machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell agricultural machinery products to dealers, farmers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information where necessary.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in agricultural machinery or related equipment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with dealers, farmers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
